From its origins Grupo Catala has always been involved in looking after social and environmental responsibilities. This effort has always been carried out from every member of the team. This strategy is used as a tool in order to improve quality, social development and a deep respect to the environment.

From 2013 there is a change in Grupo Catala´s way in order to have a better approach to new sustainability principies.

We have implemented a new model based on environmental respect and economic performance with the aim of reducing pesticide residues. Target is to get as closer to 0 MRL as possible and being more demanding than actual policies from EU.
